Summary
Your invoices, clients and products stay on your phone. Billing App has no account and no cloud sync. The app does show ads, and the ad service receives a device advertising identifier — that is the one thing that leaves your device, and it is described below.
What stays on your device
Everything you type into the app: invoices, quotations, clients, products, your business profile, tax settings, templates and preferences. This is stored in the app's own storage on your phone. It is not sent to Ranjeet Soft, and there is no server holding a copy.
There is no sign-up and no login, so we never learn who you are.
Advertising
The free version shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve them, AdMob receives your device's advertising identifier along with technical details such as device model, app version, and approximate region derived from your IP address. It does not receive your invoices, your clients, or any figures from the app.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in Android under Settings, Google, Ads. Buying Pro removes ads, and with them this data collection.
Purchases
Pro is sold through Google Play Billing. Google handles the payment and tells the app whether the purchase is active. We never see your card, bank or UPI details.
Permissions
If the app asks for storage access, it is so you can save or share an invoice as a file. The file goes where you send it. The app does not read your contacts, location, camera, microphone or messages.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share your business data, because we do not have it.
- We do not use analytics or crash reporting.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored. Nothing is kept on a server for us to delete. Export or back up anything you need before uninstalling, because it cannot be recovered afterwards.
Children
Billing App is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If a future version starts collecting something new, this page will be updated before that version is released.
